Episode 3 will not be aired until Jan. 26th, 2015 due to the fallowing:

From FUNimation: Don't forget! Kamisama Kiss season 2 is off this week in Japan due to the World Cup Ski/Snowboarding competition. Episode 3 will air in Japan the next week on 1/26, and our English-subtitled episode will be available one hour after Japanese broadcast. Mark your calendars!.
